Tish, who joined the London-based pub group in 2021, will move into a chef consultant role and will continue to shape the group’s food direction and support new openings, according to the group.
In his new role, he will continue to work closely with the pubs’ head chefs and kitchen teams and remain an ambassador for Cubitt House, supporting key events, collaborations and marketing activity.
The move follows the purchase of Cubitt House Pubs by Young’s in April this year and the stepping down of Georgie and Sam Pearman as directors and co-chairs of Cubitt House Pubs in June.
“I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built at Cubitt House and this next chapter allows me to continue shaping its food direction, while also giving me the opportunity to work on projects outside the group,” says Tish.
“Our food philosophy remains unchanged and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with our chefs and teams across the pubs, as well as supporting our new openings and events.”
