Noma's Rene Redzepi talks about winning the World's Best Restaurant Award

Noma chef-patron Rene Redzepi talks to Nigel Barden about what it means to win the top accolade in the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards.

Danish restaurant Noma has taken first place from Spain's El Bulli in the S. Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants 2010 list.

The restaurant in Copenhagen, run by head chef Rene Redzepi and his team, jumped from third to first place in the 2010 list, revealed on Monday 26 April at a star-studded night hosted at London's Guildhall.
