Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen will open its 10th UK site later this summer following a deal with Bath’s DoubleTree by Hilton.

It is the third partnership between Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global - the arm of the chef’s business that is focused on venues that aren’t company owned - and a hotel to be announced this year.

Last month, it was revealed that the group would open a restaurant in partnership with South Bank hotel Sea Containers.

In March, it was revealed that Gordon Ramsay Global would help launch a fine dining restaurant at the Fairmont Cheshire.

The Bath site will be the first UK Bread Street Kitchen to operate from within a hotel.

Reflecting the ‘energetic spirit of the Bread Street Kitchen brand’ the interiors are being overseen by Aspinall Creative Studios and will feature rich leather seating, bespoke artwork and atmospheric lighting ‘creating a warm and welcoming space’.

“We couldn’t think of a better city than Bath for our next Bread Street Kitchen & Bar. The city offers a compelling combination of a strong local community and a discerning international visitor base. Our commitment to exceptional food and drink, as well as world-class service, aligns perfectly with this market,” says Andy Wenlock, CEO of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global.

Brady Smith, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton, Bath added: “Partnering with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global to bring Bread Street Kitchen & Bar to Bath is a hugely exciting step - not just for our guests, but for the wider Bath community. It is a partnership built on a shared ambition for creating exceptional hospitality experiences, and we are thrilled to be opening this August.”
