Made from British free-range eggs, the range is designed to help professional kitchens improve efficiency and consistency while reducing waste.
It is available in ready-to-pour 1kg cartons in three formats: whole egg, egg white and egg yolk.
St. Ewe says the range removes the time and mess involved in cracking and separating shell eggs, helping kitchen teams streamline prep and improve stock control.
The eggs are cracked, filtered and gently pasteurised using precision-controlled technology designed to protect flavour, texture and performance while extending refrigerated shelf life compared with shell eggs.
“Launching our new free-range liquid egg range marks the next exciting chapter in our story. We’ve taken the same high-quality free-range eggs our customers know and love and developed them into a format that works perfectly for professional kitchens,” says Bex Tonks, CEO, farmer and founder of St. Ewe Eggs.
“By working closely with chefs, we’ve ensured it delivers the same great taste and performance they expect from our shell eggs, while offering the consistency, convenience and efficiency that busy kitchens demand every day.”
The St. Ewe Eggs Free-Range Liquid Egg range is available to foodservice operators nationwide.
Based in Cornwall, St. Ewe became the first UK egg packing business to achieve B Corp certification in 2025.
