The Loungers-owned brand will make its travel hub debut in summer 2027, with the restaurant to be operated by TRG Concessions.
It will be one of four new restaurants to launch during the first phase of a transformation of Bristol Airport’s departure lounge, alongside Bill’s, Wagamama and a new Tap + Brew bar and kitchen.
The opening represents something of a homecoming for Cosy Club, with Loungers having launched its first Lounge on North Street in Bristol in 2002.
The larger and more premium counterpart to the more neighbourhood-orientated Lounge concept, Cosy Club now operates 37 restaurants across the UK.
Its airport restaurant will offer the brand’s all-day menu, spanning breakfast, smaller plates and more substantial dishes, with West Country suppliers including Cornwall-based Baker Tom and Philip Warren Butchers.
“We are really excited about Cosy Club opening in Bristol Airport,” says Loungers chief executive Nick Collins.
“We think our all-day menu will represent a real step-up in terms of choice for travellers, and we are really chuffed that Bristol Airport chose us as a local Bristol business to open here.”
Cosy Club will be preceded by Bill’s, which is scheduled to open in early summer 2027 and will become the brand’s second UK airport restaurant.
Operated by Avolta, the restaurant will serve Bill’s all-day menu across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Wagamama will also join the line-up next summer in a restaurant operated by TRG Concessions.
Alongside its core menu of ramen, curries and bao buns, it will offer a dedicated breakfast selection including eggs, waffles, French toast and granola.
The fourth new opening, Tap + Brew, will launch in autumn 2027 and be operated by SSP UK & Ireland.
The bar and kitchen will partner with Bristol-based brewer Wiper and True on its craft beer and cider offer, with a food menu featuring dishes including fish and chips, burgers and loaded nachos alongside breakfast options.
The openings form part of Bristol Airport’s wider £400m transformation programme.
More than £60m is being invested in the terminal, with the redesigned departure lounge set to almost double the number of shops and restaurants and incorporate 17 additional units.
Further food and beverage concepts are due to be announced next year.
