Opening on 4 September, the brand has taken the 54 James Street site that was previously home to Patty & Bun’s debut restaurant.
The restaurant will serve Manna’s full menu, including the Double Manna and Classic Smash, alongside two exclusives.
The Trifle layers strawberry milk-soaked sponge with fruit jelly, Bird’s Custard, whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry. Cola floats will be offered in Classic, Chocolate and Cherry varieties.
“Manna has always been about great food and capturing people’s expectations of nostalgia,” says Gajia. “With Manna Marylebone, we now have our first venue that captures the feeling that goes alongside the food – a plush atmosphere that feels like a throwback to the futurism that shaped the 80s and 90s relationship with burgers.”
Manna was launched in London in 2022 as a partnership between Arcade and chef and food writer Gajia, the founder of Bake Street.
It currently operates from three Arcade venues: Tottenham Court Road, Battersea Power Station and the group’s recently launched Covent Garden flagship, where it has its own dedicated space and counter.
Manna also operates an international outpost at Alserkal Avenue in Dubai, which opened in November 2025.
