The brand launched in Dubai’s DIFC on 23 September, followed by Al Dabab in the Saudi capital Riyadh on 28 September.
Both locations offer Manna’s full burger menu, including the Double Manna and Classic Smash, alongside sides such as waffle fries and some new dishes.
The two restaurants join Manna’s debut international site, which launched in Dubai at the end of last year.
The openings follow the launch of Manna’s debut standalone UK site in Marylebone last month.
Launched in 2022 at Arcade Tottenham Court Road as a partnership between the food hall operator and chef Feroz Gajia, Manna has since expanded to Battersea Power Station and Arcade’s recently launched Covent Garden flagship, where it has its own dedicated space and counter.
“What’s made Manna what it is has always been the people around it, the neighbourhoods, the regulars, our teams on the ground,” Gajia says.
“Taking that into Dubai and now Riyadh isn’t just about opening more locations, it’s about finding the same energy in new cities and building something people want to be part of.
“We’ve never wanted to be the biggest smash burger, just the best one. Every site we open has to feel like the very same Manna taste, the same beef, the same buns, the same standards we set on day one in London.”
