The first phase of the rollout will see five Creams kiosks open by the end of 2026 at Cineworld sites in Feltham, Hemel Hempstead, Hounslow, Stevenage, and Basildon.
The new kiosks have been designed specifically for cinema locations, with a tighter menu and an operating model focused on speed of service, with all products able to be delivered in under 90 seconds, according to the brand. The menu will feature a selection of Cream’s signature gelatos and sorbets, sundaes, scoop shakes, soft swirl sundaes, churros and goo-bakes.
Further Cineworld locations are planned to join the partnership over time, following the initial five-site rollout.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with Cineworld on what we see as a significant growth opportunity for Creams,” says Everett Fieldgate, CEO of Creams Café.
“The partnership allows us to extend the brand into a complementary leisure environment while introducing Creams to millions of cinema visitors across the UK.
“It reflects our ambition to build Creams into a broader lifestyle brand, reaching customers beyond our traditional café estate and creating new platforms for long-term growth.”
Tim Sparrow, head of retail at Cineworld adds: “We are tremendously excited to partner with Creams Café. At Cineworld, we strive to create the best possible experience for all our customers, so being able to add Creams’ exceptional product to our offering allows us the opportunity to better meet our customers’ needs and add even more indulgence to the experience.”
Cream’s was founded in 2008 and operates more than 90 locations across the UK offering a menu of crepes, waffles, sundaes, gelato and shakes.
The agreement follows the announcement of Cream’s first international franchise agreements in Greece and Cyprus.
