The new head office provides an additional 2,000sq ft of space across two floors, incorporating offices, warehousing and a dedicated demonstration and test kitchen.
The expanded warehouse is supporting increased stockholding, with the company aiming to improve product availability and reduce delivery times for customers.
Located less than five miles from the business’s former premises on Trafford Road, the move represents the company’s first relocation in more than 40 years. The new site also includes improved access, parking, electric vehicle charging and proximity to hotels and mainline railway stations.
The demonstration kitchen will provide facilities for product demonstrations, practical training and customer meetings. Valentine Equipment & CuisineQuip is encouraging dealers to use the space to develop their knowledge of its equipment and introduce their own customers to the range.
“The move gives us the opportunity to bring our working environment up to date and create a space that better reflects where the business is heading,” says Phil Sanderson, sales director.
“It has taken a lot of time and consideration to find the right premises, but we are now set for the next phase of our development.”
The business continues to operate a dealer-focused sales model, with equipment sold through its distributor network. Spare parts, accessories and refurbished equipment are supplied directly to customers.
Alongside the relocation, the company is investing in sales team development through external training covering presentation skills, organisation and objection handling. The training is intended to help the team communicate product quality, performance and long-term value.
Valentine Equipment & CuisineQuip has represented Swiss fryer manufacturer Valentine in the UK for almost 70 years.
