Hoxton Bakehouse to open two new venues this year
Growing café and bakery group Hoxton Bakehouse is to open two new venues as well as a bakery and coffee roasting facility later this year.

The company, which was founded by Darren Bland and his wife Florence Hellier in 2014, will launch cafes in Farnham in Surrey and Stockbridge in Hampshire, taking its number of sites to seven.

The south east-based group currently operates cafes in Winchester, Lymington, Bishops Waltham, Petersfield and Southampton serving items such as cinnamon buns, brownies, cookies and pastries alongside a selection of breads.

There are currently no specific dates for when both new sites will open.

The expansion plans come after the then three-strong bakery group lost all of its wholesale trade overnight due to the Coronavirus pandemic, with the owners switching to a lockdown delivery service.
