Ranked 50th overall, the brand revealed plans to create 1,400 new jobs over the next 12 months – the largest hiring commitment of any company featured in this year’s list.
The fried chicken specialist is on track to reach 100 UK sites this year and has outlined ambitions to grow to 200 locations within the next five years. Since launching in the UK in 2018, Wingstop UKI has grown to 94 sites and employs more than 3,500 people nationwide.
Earlier this year, the company marked its entry into the Irish market with a flagship opening at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in Dublin.

Wingstop UKI has invested in internal development programmes, including Flavour Foundry, Wingstop University and its Step Up scheme, which fast-tracks crew members into leadership roles. The company expects to reach its 1,000th Step Up participant this summer.

The Sunday Times list features a number of other high-growth restaurant brands, including Atis, which ranked 52nd after delivering 81.91% growth and outlining plans to create 300 jobs over the next 12 months.
Farmer J also featured on the list at number 98. The business reported £41.1m in sales - the 28th highest on the ranking - alongside growth of 54.7%.
Founded in 2014, Farmer J has expanded to 18 locations across London, with five UK openings planned for 2025 and its first New York site set to launch in 2026, marking the start of its international expansion
