Dibenedetto previously worked as chef de cuisine at Bosi’s flagship restaurant Bibendum before going on to launch Brooklands at The Peninsula London in 2023.
The restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars the following year, less than four months after opening.
Dibenedetto left Brooklands last year to join Clare Smyth as head chef of her ambitious seafood restaurant at Admiralty Arch, which is now due to open next year.
Announcing his return on Instagram, Bosi said: “Francesco will be working on existing projects and exciting new ventures. I couldn’t be happier. Let’s welcome him with open arms.”
It is understood that Andre Garrett, who was appointed to the same role last year, parted ways with Bosi earlier this year.
Bosi currently operates two Josephine restaurants, in Fulham and Marylebone, and oversees the culinary offering at Brooklands and The George hotel in Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight.
His flagship restaurant Bibendum is currently closed, although Restaurant understands that it is set to reopen soon.
