The group behind the Rudy’s and Albert’s Schloss brands has reported record revenues and says it is considering overseas expansion.

Revenue at Mission Mars rose to £116.5m for the year ended 28 September 2025, up from £92.9m the previous year, with Rudy’s contributing £62.2m and the group’s bars business contributing £53.8m.

Bars revenue rose 17% on the previous year, with site EBITDA of £8.9m, up from £7.9m in FY24.

Profit before tax was £7.2m, up from £2.5m the previous year.

The group also reported group like-for-like (LFL) growth of 5.1%, compared to 8% in FY24. Rudy’s LFLs grew 9.1%, down from 13.5% the previous year, while bars grew 0.7%, down from 2.9%.

Its four Albert’s Schloss venues in London, Liverpool, Birmingham and Manchester contributed a combined revenue of £45.8m, rising from £37.5m, while Rudy’s, which operates around 40 sites, increased its revenue contribution by 34% year-on-year and also increased adjusted site EBITDA by 46% to £10.4m.

Mission Mars opened seven new sites under the Rudy’s Pizza brand during the period and is set to open a further six pizzerias in the current financial year.

Writing in its strategic report, the group says it is considering overseas expansion of its Albert’s Schloss brand based on the performance of the venues.

“It was good to see the Albert’s Schloss brand continue to grow both revenue and EBITDA on an LFL basis whilst also significantly improving guest NPS,” it says. “The success of maturing venues including the original venue in Manchester and the growth at Albert’s Schloss Soho bolsters our belief that the brand has exciting great prospects both in the UK and potentially overseas markets.”

Mission Mars says that both brands have traded well in the first seven months of the current financial year, with Albert’s Schloss delivering record revenue of £29.9m during this period, up from £28.7m, and revenue at Rudy’s up from £33.9m to £41m.
