Set to launch next month, the restaurant will be located on the second floor of Westfield Stratford City, close to the food court.
Spanning 464 sq m and seating 166 guests, it will feature indoor and patio dining areas, a bar and a contemporary design inspired by the brand’s ‘Asian culinary heritage’.
The halal menu will include P.F. Chang’s signature Mongolian beef, chicken lettuce wraps and Dynamite Shrimp.
P.F. Chang’s was founded by restaurateurs Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, opening its first restaurant at Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, Arizona, in 1993.
The brand’s name combines Fleming’s initials with Chiang’s surname.
P.F. Chang’s operates more than 215 restaurants in the US, including airport locations, alongside nearly 100 international sites across more than 23 countries, most of which are operated by franchise partners.
The brand first arrived in the UK in 2017, opening its first European restaurant on Great Newport Street, close to Leicester Square in London’s West End.
