Alley Cats Pizza celebrates New York’s pizza scene, combining it with ingredients from southern Italy. Head chef Francesco Macri has developed a menu of 14-inch, thin and crispy pizzas, drawing on recipes passed down by his grandmother and techniques developed during his career in restaurants in Rome and London.
The menu includes starters such as garlic and cheese bites, aubergine parmigiana, meatballs and maple candied bacon.
Pizzas include margherita; pepperoni with jalapeño and honey; pulled pork and pineapple; sausage with pancetta and red onion; and Rex’s Red Prawn.
Alley Cats Pizza opened its first restaurant in Marylebone in 2023, followed by a Chelsea site in 2024, making it one of the fastest-growing non-Neapolitan pizza restaurant groups in the capital.
The brand is owned and operated by ATFC, the hospitality group behind Angus Steakhouse, Muriel’s Kitchen and Ochre, the restaurant at the National Gallery.
