Brooklands by Claude Bosi, located atop the five star hotel, will close in January 2027 after three years in operation with Bosi due to open a new project at the Bibendum building that was once home to his two-Michelin starred restaurant Claude Bosi at Bibendum.
Bosi opened his eponymous restaurant with his wife and business partner Lucy at Michelin House in the spring of 2017 and it held two stars in the Michelin Guide from 2018 to August 2025 when it closed.
The chef also operated the ground floor Oyster Bar at the site.
Bosi and Lucy will now focus on the continued development of their Josephine restaurants in Chelsea and Marylebone, alongside their new project.
“I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved at Brooklands and grateful to The Peninsula for the opportunity to create something so special,” he says.
“Above all, I want to thank our wonderful team, whose dedication and talent made it possible. Lucy and I are now looking forward to the next chapter, building on Josephine and bringing Michelin House to life.”
