Effective this month, Amelia Soro, Luke Bryan, Moncef Mansour, Keith Naidu and Will Rogers have stepped up from existing senior positions to become directors of marketing, food, people, operations and beverage, respectively.
Kricket says the promotions reflect the breadth of experience built within the four-restaurant group over the years.
Mansour and Rogers, both of whom joined the group in 2016, have each spent a decade helping shape its people and beverage culture.
Bryan has progressed from junior sous chef to director of food since joining in 2018, while Naidu joined that same year to open Kricket Brixton and has since led operations across the group.
Soro joined Kricket as head of marketing in January 2025, bringing more than a decade’s experience in marketing, events and reservations across some of London’s leading hospitality groups.
In their new roles, the five directors will oversee their respective areas across Kricket’s existing UK operations as the group explores opportunities in the US.
Founded in 2015, Kricket currently operates four London restaurants alongside two SOMA bars.
The group will soon launch a Kricket restaurant in Dubai.
Founders Rik Campbell and Will Bowlby say: “Kricket has always been built around great people. We’ve watched Amelia, Luke, Moncef, Keith and Will play a huge part in shaping Kricket into the business it is now.
“These are new roles for Kricket, but the people taking them on know our restaurants, teams, culture and what we’re trying to achieve. We’re incredibly proud that we can create these opportunities from within. Having this depth of experience and talent in our leadership team puts us in a really strong position for what comes next.”
