Chef Pam Brunton and her partner Rob Latimer have put their Michelin Green Star restaurant Inver on the market, with offers over £275,000 sought for the lease.

Launched by the pair in 2015 on the shores of Loch Fyne in Argyll, western Scotland, the restaurant offers contemporary Scottish food using local produce, seafood and foraged ingredients.

It currently features on Restaurant’s list of the top 100 places to eat in the UK.

Housed in a restored crofter’s cottage, Inver holds four AA rosettes and has a dining room and terrace overlooking Lachlan Bay and the ruins of Old Castle Lachlan.

The business also includes four eco-bothies and two shepherd’s huts providing guest accommodation, alongside two yacht moorings.

Inver is being sold as a going concern, with the sales particulars pitching it as an opportunity for another chef-led operator to put their own stamp on the business.

The restaurant and bothies operate under concurrent leases running until 28 February 2035. Annual rent totals £53,200, comprising £17,500 for the restaurant, £30,900 for the bothies and £4,800 in ground rent for the owners’ shepherd’s huts.

The restaurant and bothies rents are next due for review on 1 March 2027.

The business is being marketed by Alan Goldie at The Restaurant Agency.
