Set to open this summer, the cult burger brand will begin serving its patties from early July at its new site on Ship Street.
Patty & Bun is understood to have closed its first and only regional location earlier this month.
The opening marks a return to the area for founders Tom Stock and Craig Povoas, who have strong family ties to Brighton and Sussex.
Burgers include the Bougie Burger with two dry-aged beef patties, double American cheese, steak sauce 2.0, marrownaise, beef fat onions and a demi-brioche bun; the Hot Honey with fried chicken thigh, candied red chillies, hot honey, ranch, sriracha butter, crinkle pickles and a demi-brioche bun; and, as a vegetarian option, the Oso Yaki with a Symplicity patty, melted cheese, crispy onions, teriyaki sauce, white slaw, house pickles and a vegan bun.
Other options starters such as steak tartare and bone marrow; corn ribs and nduja butter; and fried chicken bites, followed by a choice of sirloin, rib eye or bavette steak or, alternatively, a large range of burgers.
Drinks span a range of softs, milkshakes and beers as well as an extensive list of cocktails, such as the B&B Punch with three rums (which the brand keeps secret), mango, pineapple, passionfruit and lime; and the Aperol Sour with Aperol, orange liqueur, lemon and foaming bitters.
Founded in 2015 as a street food concept, Burger & Beyond built a following for its burgers made from a blend of dry-aged, rare-breed beef.
In 2018, the business opened its first permanent restaurant in Shoreditch, followed by further sites in Soho and Borough Yards in 2022.
The brand later expanded its menu to include British steaks, Americana-style sides and signature cocktails.
It now operates three full-service restaurants in the capital alongside its ‘Counter’ concepts across London and in Manchester.
