Dominique Corolleur, restaurant manager, Colette's
The Grove in Hertfordshire has appointed Dominique Corolleur as Restaurant Manager of Colette’s, the resort’s elegant fine-dining restaurant.
An accomplished restaurant manager with over 20 years’ experience, Corolleur joins from Marcus Wareing’s Gilbert Scott in London, where he was the opening manager. Before that he held key positions at an impressive portfolio of Michelin-starred restaurants.
