Support for the street food challenge was given to finalists by staff from Loch Fyne, La Tasca and ChimiChanga who advised them on menus and sales techniques.
Liz Williams, director and general manager, Loch Fyne Seafood & Grill, said: “We at Loch Fyne invest heavily in the training of all our staff and particularly young people coming into the company as the lifeblood of the business. I myself followed this route through the industry and we are always on the lookout for the best and brightest young talent with many apprenticeship and career opportunities for the right people available now.
