Connor Godfrey
Connor Godfrey started work at the Royal Garden Hotel at the age of 16 as an apprentice under Steve Munkley, whilst studying at Westminster Kingsway College. He worked there for two and a half years before moving to Wiltons restaurant in St James, where he stayed for just under two years whilst also completing his Level three pastry at the University of West London, he was promoted to demi chef during this time.
Godfrey then moved to the Ritz as demi chef before he returned to Wiltons to take on the position of chef de partie. Whilst Godfrey has been asked to compete in the Young National Chef of the Year competition for the past three years, this will be his first time in the final.
