Splendid Hospitality Group has appointed Andrew Kendrick as regional operations manager. He brings almost ten years of experience to the role, as he takes over responsibility for seven of the group’s 19 hotels, including the independent New Ellington Leeds as well as brands such as Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express. Splendid’s hotel portfolio also includes the five-star Conrad London St James, and the Grand Hotel and Spa in York.
