Arnaud de Saint-Exupery is now general manager at the 434-bedroom Hyatt Regency London – the Churchill, and area vice president for Hyatt Hotels in the UK & Ireland. he brings almost 20 years’ hospitality experience after beginning his career at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome in 2001. He will now oversee the management and development of the luxury London hotel, whose restaurants and bars include the Michelin-starred Locanda Locatelli.
