20 Hipchips
The first restaurant to focus on crisps and dips - HIPCHIPS - has opened in Soho. Head chef Scott Davis uses five heritage and vintage potato varieties to make the crisps and has created a menu of dips influenced by classic British pairings and international flavours to accompany them. Dips include Katsu curry, Baba Ganoush and pickled onion cheese fondue with dessert options including rhubarb and custard and salted caramel dip which accompany dessert crips dusted with cinnamon sugar instead of salt.
