Restaurant groups are coming under increased pressure to ditch plastic straws in favour of more sustainable paper ones as concerns over their damage to the environment grow.
Mark Jarvis, chef-patron at award winning London restaurants Anglo in Farringdon and Neo Bistro, near Oxford Street, will open his third restaurant this spring.
