MeatMission restaurant, Hoxton, London
On 12 December, the company behind MeatLiquor and MeatMarket, opened the first in a series of new sites in London and beyond with MeatMission - which is housed in the former Real Greek site in Hoxton.
According to BigHospitality's sister publication M&C Report, the company is also looking to open its first permanent site outside the capital in Brighton.
