Yet another chicken-inspired restaurant opened on 7 December - Clockjack Oven, a rotisserie chicken restaurant group, opened its first site in Soho ahead of big expansion plans.
The group, founded by former Terra Firma executive Fraser Duncan and Centre Parcs Europe COO Jerry Goldberg, recently told our sister title M&C Report that it plans to expand to up to 15 sites within the M25 over the next five years, with the first five aimed at central London.
