Arora Group buys the Hilton London Stansted
The Arora Group has taken over management of the Hilton, London Stansted hotel as it continues to expand its portfolio of airport properties.

It will operate the 239-room site under franchise agreement after purchasing the lease from Hilton Worldwide.

Surinder Arora, founder and chairman of the Arora Group said: “We benefit from an unrivalled understanding of hotels in the UK’s airport regions as developers, operators and franchisees and we are really looking forward to bringing this expertise to this key location.”

The hotel features an all-day restaurant and bar, swimming pool, gym and conference facilities.

It brings Arora's hotel portfolio to eight sites, including three in Heathrow airport and two in Gatwick.

The group is set to open its ninth and tenth properties - a Crowne Plaza and adjoining Holiday Inn Express​ - at Heathrow’s T4 in 2018.

Arora also opened the landmark luxury InterContinental London – The O2 hotel on the Greenwick Peninsula in January.
