Fortnum & Mason has transformed its 3rd floor into an ‘experiential hub’ dedicated to food and drink.

The purpose-built food and drink studio will hold customer workshops, live cooking demonstrations, and experimentation in a new multi-use kitchen.

It will also play host to more than 100 Fortnum’s chefs as a production kitchen to create and refine recipes for the Piccadilly department store.

In addition, the studio will be a platform for up-and-coming talent with a programme of events hosted by both emerging and established chefs, with chef’s tables, supperclubs, masterclasses and workshops to be held there.

“Ever since William Fortnum met Hugh Mason and started a business, Fortnum & Mason have been in search of extraordinary new food and drink experiences, so it seems only natural to create a home dedicated to this search,” says Fortnum & Mason CEO Tom Athron.
