New restaurant team at Chino Latino Leeds
Chino Latino Leeds, the Pan-Asian restaurant within the newly-refurbished Park Plaza Leeds, has unveiled a new dynamic team, with the recent appointments of Carlos Martinez-Otazo (centre) as head chef, Steve O’Hara (right) as sous chef and Paul Tocknell (left) as restaurant and bars manager.
The new recruits come in support of Chino Latino’s strategy to position the restaurant as 'the ultimate Pan-Asian dining experience in Yorkshire'.
