Brian Henry, head chef, The Grill at Flemings Mayfair
Flemings Mayfair in London has appointed Brian Henry as head chef of the hotel’s restaurant, The Grill.
Henry brings with him almost 30 years' experience in fine-dining and banqueting operations. He has worked as a senior chef in some of London’s best hotels including Grosvenor House, London Hilton Park Lane and the Royal Garden.
Oliver Brown, general manager of Flemings, said: “We are thrilled Brian has taken the position of head chef and become part of the Flemings family.
“Flemings prides itself on offering the very best experience to visitors and this is no different for the restaurant; we hope his creativity and passion will shine through and we look forward to seeing Brian put his own stamp on The Grill menu.”
