Jon-Coates
Jon Coates is now head chef at Dickie Fitz, the all-day Australian brasserie in London’s Fitzrovia. He has over 17 years’ experience in the industry, and will now work alongside executive head chef Matt Robinson. He was previously sous chef at the business members’ club Pavilion, working with esteemed chef Adam Simmonds.
He has also worked at the high-end Reads restaurant in Faversham, and has also worked across Australia, Asia, and America – including the prestigious Per Se in New York, and as head chef for the ETM Group, and agency sous chef for HHC London during the 2012 Olympic Games.
