Louise-Swordy
The White Swan hotel in Alnwick has announced Louise Swordy as food and beverage manager. Swordy, who is local to the hotel, began working at the business as a waitress aged 17, and was then promoted to supervisor before receiving in-house training for her current role. Her new job also includes overseeing the operation of Hardy’s Bistro, the casual dining operation next door to the hotel.
