Boutique hotel brand Malmaison Hotel du Vin has appointed Ben Gabbitas its new group resourcing manager with responsibility for developing the company's talent and resourcing strategy.
Gabbitas held a number of senior roles at The Restaurant Group, Carluccios and Loch Fyne Restaurants before joining Malmaison Hotel du Vin.
Lindsay Southward, group people & development director at Malmaison Hotel du Vin, said: “Ben brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in growing and developing teams through effective people planning.
