Andras-Lakezi
Trader Vic’s London has appointed Andras Lakezi as general manager of the Tiki restaurant and bar at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
Lakezi, who has been working in food and beverage roles at Hilton Worldwide for the last three years, including at Galvin at Windows, worked in Greece, Cyprus and Budapest before moving to London.
Eve Bergeron of Trader Vic’s Worldwide said: “Andras is a great addition to the team at Trader Vic’s London bringing with him a wealth of hospitality experience. We have some exciting plans for the year ahead which we look forward to putting into place.”
