Scott-Andrews
Michael Caines has appointed Scott Andrews general manager of Lympstone Manor, his new hotel and restaurant which is scheduled to open in Devon next spring.
Andrews, who will be key in developing the reputation of the hotel as one of the UK’s finest country house hotels, joins from The Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant in Jersey where has been working as general manager.
Before working in Jersey, Andrews worked with Caines and newly appointed group executive chef Tim Hine at Gidleigh Park in Devon and prior to that held positions at Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons and both Le Poussin properties at Whitley Ridge (now The Pig) and Parkhill (now Limewood).
