Pasquale Manganiello is now manager of the recently-opened Grey At Hilton Cardiff. Manganiello brings significant hotels and food and beverage experience, including time as assistant restaurant manager at the steakhouse Mash in London, as well as F&B roles at Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri, the Hilton Diagonal Mar in Barcelona, Hilton Strasbourg in France, Hilton Brisbane in Australia, and Hilton Malabo in Equatorial Guinea.
