Markus-Savage
Markus Savage has joined HIX Mayfair at Brown's Hotel in London as restaurant manager.
Savage, who worked with Hix at Caprice Holdings many years ago, has racked up experience at London restaurants The Wolseley and The Delauney where he was part of the opening management team.
In 2014 the front-of-house manager moved into the hotel sector, helping to open The Holborn Dining Room at Rosewood Hotel before taking on the role of director of events operations at the hotel.
