Gaucho has appointed former Carluccio's chief financial officer Frank Bandura as financial and commercial director, replacing Gary Mann, who has left to join Honest Burger.
In his new role Bandura, who worked with Carluccio's for 17 years before leaving in September, will have responsibility for both restaurant groups Gaucho and CAU.
He said: "I am delighted to be joining the Gaucho Group. After steering Carluccio’s through substantial growth and several ownership changes, I am really looking forward to working with Zeev and his highly impressive management team to deliver the exciting growth plans for Gaucho and CAU."
Bandura will join Gaucho Group on 6 February 2017.
